Human Capital Operational Programme
The Ministry of Economy implements a system project titled “Reform of the law enactment process and simplification of binding regulations” as part of Action 5.3. Support of the implementation of the Lisbon Strategy Priority V. Good governance of the Human Capital Operational Programme. The project is co-financed by the European Union as part of the European Social Fund.
Project implementation term: from 1st July 2008 to 31st December 2011
The general goal of the project is to improve the quality of existing and newly developed economic law by:
- creating an effective system managing the process of creating and controlling law with the use of novel tools,
- creating an efficient system for measuring and reducing administrative burdens in economic law,
- simplifying economic law in force.
Meeting the goals will be possible through taking the following actions:
- Action 1. Developing analytical tools to prepare legal acts and RIA
- Action 2. Training courses for employees and management of government administration
- Action 3. Studying and defining burdens present on the market due to bureaucratic legal regulations
- Action 4. Simplifying national legal acts
Employees and management of government administration (ministries) preparing economic regulations, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, Central Statistical Office and Government Legislation Centre are project’s target group.
