Reform of the legislative process and simplification of existing law in Poland

What have been achieved in putting the Better/Smart Regulation ideas into practice in Poland and what more should be done?

Simplification of existing regulations, baseline measurement of almost 4 000 information obligations stemming from 482 acts of economic law, training courses for the total of almost 3000 civil servants and government officials of the central administration – these are some of the most prominent effects of the Regulatory Reform that will be discussed.
