Minister Szejnfeld's visit to East Timor
An anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and politico-economic consultations were the main topics of talks between Deputy Minister of Economy Adam Szejnfeld and the authorities of East Timor. The first historic visit of a representative of the Polish government in this country took place on 15-18 November 2008.

Wheeled armoured personnel carriers for Polish Army
Deputy Minister of Economy Dariusz Bogdan and Oto Melara S.p. A. signed Annex No. 2 to the offset contract from 1 July 2003, related to the purchase of wheeled armoured carriers for the Polish Army. Thus the value of the offset agreement has increased by more than 34 million euros. The document was signed on 23 December 2008 at the Ministry of Economy.
