On February 13th 2008 EDA organized first meeting of Experts Working Group on Offsets. This Group consist of representatives of offsets administration from EDA pMS, including representatives from Department of Offset Porgrammes in Polish MoE. The aim of the meeting was to discuss: transparency of offset policies and practices; offsets' influence on the European Defence Trade and Industrial Base (EDTiB), French initial proposal of Offsets' Code of Best Practices; and new internet-based tool "EDA Extranet Forums" dedicated to foster cooperation among Experts Working Group on Offsets.

International Offset Conference, 7-9 May 2007, Jeruzalem, Israel
- Representatives of offset administration from 19 countries took part. Polish delegates gave a presentation concerning Polish Offset Law.

- On the offset conference the presentation "Assesment of effectivness of offset policy" was given by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economic Affairs" (MEA) Mr Pawel Poncyliusz. Other presentation "Proposals on changing the offset law" was given by the Director of Offset Programmes Department MEA Tadeusz Pyrcak. Trade fairs BALT MILITARY EXPO, 30 May 2006, Gdansk
- The conference "Offset in the Defence Sector" was organised with patronage of the Minister of Economic Affairs (MEA). Secretary of State Mr Pawel Poncyliusz (MEA) opened the event and gave the presentation "Offset - Expectations, Reality, Prospects".
The Global Industrial Co-Operation Conference & Global Offset, Finance & Government, 7-10 May 2006, Athens
- Offset practice all over the world was shown in 23 panel sessions. The representative of Ministry of Economic Affairs gave the presentation "Offset Practice in Poland & Offset Act Amendment". Mr Robert Robinson, Vice President of Pratt & Whitney, gave an excellent presentation on Pratt & Whitney's offset investments in PZL Rzeszow.
Seminar on "Offset Practices in Defence Procurement", 4 May 2006, NATO HQ Brussel
- The issue of the seminar was to continue the disscusion started in 2005 concerning offset matters. The representative of Ministry of Economic Affairs presented to the audience the purpose and key elements of offset act amendment.
International Defence Industry Exhibition, 30 Aug 2005, Kielce
- Seminar “Future Aspects of Offset Policy in Poland” was organised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour (MEAL) and editorial staff of the journal “RAPORT WTO”.
The aim was to show the problems of offset in Poland from different points of view. The meeting was opened by the Undersecretary of State Mr Krzysztof Krystowski (MEAL). The presentation “Future Aspects of Offset Policy in Poland” was given by the Director of Offset Programs (MEAL) Mr Tadeusz Pyrcak.
