Offset Act
On 16 May 2006 draft of Offset Act Amendment was accepted by the Council of Ministers. On 8 December 2006 the Parliament adopted the act. The act was submitted to the Senate. The act was signed by the President of the Republic of Poland on 22 December 2006 and was published on 29 December 2006 (Journal of Laws, year 2006, No 251, position 1845). The act shall come in to force on the expiry of the 14 days followed the day of its promulgation.

Regulations to Offset Act
- The Regulation of the Council of Ministers concerning the detailed principles for verifying and approving offset commitments of a foreign supplier of armaments or military equipment towards the value of the offset agreement, called "multipliers ordinance". On 13 March 2007 the Minister of Economy submitted draft to interministerial consultation. On 17 April 2007 the draft was submitted to subcommittee of Council of Ministers. On 25 April 2007 draft was reccomended by subcommittee submitted on On 5 May 2007 to the Council of Ministers. The Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 18 May 2007 was published on 24 May 2007 (Official Journal No 91 item 612).
