by the Prime Minister

of 15 September 2004

on the format of the declaration of intended import of dual-use items

Pursuant to Art. 21c (8) of the Act of 29 November 2000 on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance to the security of the State and to maintaining international peace and security (Journal of Laws No 119 item 1250, of 2001 No 154 item 1789, of 2002 No 41 item 365, No 74 item 676, No 89 item 804, and of 2004 No 162 item 1695) it is hereby resolved as follows:

 

§ 1.

     1. This Ordinance sets forth the format of the declaration of intended import of dual-use items used in telecommunications or for information security to be imported into the territory of the Republic of Poland, pursuant to Art. 21a (1) of the Act of 29 November 2000 on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance to the security of the State and to maintaining international peace and security.

2. Sample declaration referred to in section 1 above is presented in the Annex hereto.

§ 2.

          This Ordinance shall come into force after 14 days following its publication.
