List of military goods

 Ordinance

of 13 November 2008
on the list of military goods

Pursuant to Art. 6 (5) of the Act of 29 November 2000 on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance to the security of the State and to maintaining international peace and security (Journal of Laws of 2004 No 229 item 2315), it is hereby resolved as follows:

§ 1.

The list of military goods requiring a trade licence is hereby adopted and shall include:
1)  The export and transit list  specifying military goods to be exported and covered by the transit procedure, see Annex 1 hereto;
2)  The import list  specifying military goods to be imported, see Annex 2 hereto.

§ 2.

The Ordinance of 29 October 2008 on the list of military goods (Journal of Laws No 208 item 1505) shell be repealed.

§ 3.

This Ordinance shall come into force after 14 days following its publication.

1) The Minister of Economy manages the 'Economy' division of the governmental administration pursuant to § 1section 2 item 1 of the Ordinance by the Prime Minister of 18 July 2006 on the detailed scope of activity of the Minister of Economy (Journal of Laws No 131 item 909, and 2007 No 135 item 954).
