Trade Administration Department
Department for Trade Administration is responsible for issuance of:
- import licences and surveillance documents, within common trade policy,
- licences to wholesaler trade of alcoholic beverages, containing more than 18% of alcohol,
- licences to execution of service contracts outside Poland, especially in Germany,
- licences to production of ozone layer destroying substances,
- assents to transportation of explosive materials intended to civil usage.
Moreover, Department for Trade Administration conduct matters linked with:
- registration of representative offices of foreign companies,
- registration of storing companies, which store industrial goods,
- registration of qualified subjects providing with certificate services concerning electronic signature,
- reception of applications for return of anti-dumping duties,
- issue a decision prohibiting the performance of activities by the branch or the representative office of the foreign company,
- collection of information on courses concerning controlled substances and on issued qualification certificates,
- issuance of certificates on given de minimis help (permission fee linked with wholesaler trade of alcoholic beverages exemption given to protected work companies).
