The Legal Affairs Bureau is responsible for appropriate drawing up of normative acts in terms of legislation and law and legal service of the Minister and the Ministry. The Bureau provides representation in legal proceedings in courts and implements the tasks related to proceedings of infringement of obligations resulting from the Treaty establishing the European Community in the scope of the Minister’s competences.
